Webの書き込みでかなり批判されているように問題がある。1.ホテルの経営者がたびたび変わっているためと思うが、建物の入り口にホテル名がない。 2.現経営陣の仲間が上半身裸でうろうろしている。 3.テレビが共同受信システムのためか、移らなかったり、操作が難しかったり複雑すぎる。 4.建物が補修中ということもあるが、騒音がうるさい。とにかく、3階の受付に行くまでホテル名が出ていない、あるいは途中階段で見知らぬ男たちがいたりすると、特に若い女性は不安になると思う。貴斡旋機関はWebの書き込みをチェックしていますか。手数料をもらえれば「それで終わり」ではなく、斡旋した以上お客が気持よく利用できるように改善策を取って行く必要があると思う。でもお客よりも、家族、友人との無駄話を優先してしまうとうのは民族的な慣習もあるんでしょうか。

El Hotel Medusa estaba reformándose, así que nos mandaron al Hotel Mayorca. Tras la reforma espero que el Medusa quede bien y tengo que agradecerles su amabilidad al mandarnos (por el mismo precio) al Mayorca (el Mayorca de 3 estrellas, el Medusa de 2). En el Mayorca nos trataron muy bien. Las medidas de seguridad y el servicio eran excelentes. El desayuno era la única pega: un café y un croissant. Excaso. Aún así, la impresión fue muy buena. Volvería encantado.
